Returns & Exchanges

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products.  Due to their specialized nature, we only accept returns or exchanges in the rare event that an item arrives damaged.

If your order is affected by shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.  Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and/or packaging.  Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or full refund—whichever you prefer.

All returns and exchanges meeting are handled at no additional cost to you.
